2. Booking services through this website are subject to these terms. Payment to See Lisbon LDA implies acceptance.

These terms may be revised as needed and apply to all services online, by email, phone, chat, or mobile device. Regularly check for updates.​

3. Misuse, including modifying, reproducing, copying, or distributing the website, is strictly prohibited.

4. Taxes: Prices include VAT according to Portuguese law. Prices on www.modern-tours.pt or through See Lisbon LDA (email, phone, chat, etc.) include VAT at booking in Euros (€).

5. Payment: Pay via wire transfer or Visa/MasterCard. 100% payment at the booking confirmation.

7. Refund, cancellation and No-Show:

Up to 1 day before tour: Full-refundable deposit.

Less than 1 day before or no-show: 100% charged.

No-show: 100% charged.

8. Insurance: Always travel with insurance. See Lisbon Lda isn't responsible for any costs associated during the tour, meaning any responsibility for lost, broken, or stolen personal items.

9. Unpaid services: Non-payment means no service. The cancellation follows 'Cancellation and No Show'.

10. Force Majeure: See Lisbon LDA not liable for force majeure consequences like : Traffic accidents, volcanic eruptions, natural disasters, fires, floods, heavy rains, local or national emergencies, hostilities, invasions, military actions, revolutions, strikes, civil disorder, orders from authorities, government interventions, closed airports, reduced transport, natural phenomena, or any other exceptional and catastrophic events that make travel impossible, illegal, or hinder customer trave", 

11. General: All portal software/content is owned by See Lisbon Lda. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Obey laws using our services.

Disputes private between users and partners.

12. Contents and bookings on www.modern-tours.pt follow Portuguese law.

 13. Client Reviews: Your reviews may be used for marketing.

14. Claims: 15 days after experience by registered letter to See Lisbon LDA in Portugal.

15. Disabilities: Notify us of any special needs. Accessibility is not guaranteed.

16. Changes: Order, time, or date may change with reasons.
